Mr.A has got the declaration land, he is having 1 Son Mr. X, If Mr. A dies and Mr X wants to sell the land, But he is having 3 childrens, does he requires signature of all the childrens even though they are minors.
Does LRT( Declaration land) land reserves the minor rights. Hindu Family in Karnataka.

I am unable to understand what do you mean by
declaration land?

If A has acquired the property then in such property his grand sons shall have no right of inheritance.

If A is hindu then only surviving among his mother widow sons and daughter[or issues of their predeceased sons or daughters]shall share simultaneously and equally.
