have you any shares in that property, your age ? give full details
prabhakar singh (Expert) 24 November 2011
If it his owned house in which you do not have any share and not paying him any rent then in law you are a licencee of your brother.

He can revoke the licence, can ask you to vacate the house but he can NOT FORCEFULLY EVICT YOU.

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK LAW AGENCIES TO PROTECT YOUR POSSESSION AGAINST ANY FORCE FULL DISPOSSESSION BY YOUR BROTHER.

YOU CAN ALSO FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR THIS PURPOSE.
