Whats Question of LAw under Reference given Under CPC sec 113 of CPC 1908, please refer Latest Authorities of Supreme Court,Delhi High Court or Punjab and Haryan High Court any other high court also be useful but latest one ,it will be a favor for me

Sir Prabhakar,i wanna to know when we make reference it must be related to Question of law or having reasonable doubt about any other which fulfills the requirements given under CPC sec 113 or Order 46 ,but i just wanna to know few examples or cases in which the conditions laid down by Supreme court or Delhi High court.
