The complainant can exhibit the documents in pre-summoing stage and if they are challenged by the accused by the excutant of the document has to prove the document in the court

When documents produced by the complainant, then he has to got it marked as exhibits, and so on in case of accused, if he produces any doucments he has get it marked.
