villege administrative officer give a complaint against the dyeing factory running without permission of state government or environmental board, in this situation police authorities lodge the fir in sec 133 of crpc, and refer to concern rdo., in this situation police officers seized the dyeing factory equipments and materials. The said properties are custody in said police station. How i can return the said properties from police officers.

F.i.r registered mean, its will be produced before concern judicial magistrate court. Also seized property also will be handed over under court custody. Then you can file a petition for return of property. Its will be considered.

The RDO has authority to order upon the goods which are seized under the acts. some exclusive jurisdiction. In this J.M court has no such authority. you file application with R.D.O

Section 133 Cr. PC is triable by SDM so file an application for sapurdari there.

Yes. Experts are correct.. Above said section is trailed my special division magistrate.. Not by judicial magistrate.. I misunderstood as ipc section. dicial magistrate.. I misunderstood as ipc section.
