I filed a civil case for possession and declaration of forged documents of the extended structure of my dda flat extended structure on the basis of chain of documents involving four parties.
I have found two papers in the chain (Ist to IInd party) will and receipt, to be forged while the GPA is correct. I have another notary based copy of will.
The case has come to evidence stage. Is it necessary for me to file all the documents in original. What if I do not file the fake will and receipt? Will it affect my ownership right? One issue is to prove my ownership right. I have got the original copies of all the documents.

advises in running cases may prove misleading due to want of facts, you must have engaged a lawyer, take his guidance.

I agree with Expert Prabhakar Singh. Stick to advice given by the lawyer you have engaged. However all the evidences are to be on record of the court as advised by Expert Ajay Sethi.
