Registration of transfer of flat

i sell my flat 4 months back, however due to some discrepancy in my society share certificate i could not registered the sale deed, so what will be the consequences for non-registration of flat within 4 months of the execution of sale deed under Registration Act?

you have to pay penalty for that and register it immediately or make a freah deed and regsiter now

Making a fresh deed and getting the same registered may be less cumber some.

Yes. Mr.prabhakar's advise is seems sound good.. Just follow it and avoid unwanted question which will be arising by registrar.

my next step is, if i made a freash deed then i need to pay stamp duty again or not?
