Unless you can prove that the fraud is during the proceeding JUDITIA LEGIS , no 340 or 341 permissible , you have the route of appeal or revision.

One of the questioner has submitted a citation of SC in this matter in this section very recently.

dear author you are talking about sec.340, 341 of cr.p.c. same time you are saying that original case is civil suit? how its possible..
