Right to Practice

If after completing LLB one has enrolled himself as Advocate, but subsecuently joined in a full time LLM course, can he continue to practice while doing LLM?

Off Course, Why Not, there is no provisions of prohibit.

It is true that there is no law which prohibit the same but problem will arise when you will show your practice period simultaneously with full time LL.M course and not otherwise.

No Bar- but he can inform to the authorities of the institutions where he's doing LLM regarding his practice and take the approval from the Management if required.

He cannot continue to practice at the same time.

He shall not continue to practice while studying the full time LLM course or any full time job , as per the rule 70 of bar council of andhra pradesh rules, if he is of Andhra Pradesh. otherwise see the bar council rules of that state.
