francis...please help

(Querist) 13 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
my brother sent me a notice through a lawyer, i didnt reply him because i dont want him to know what proof i have,if i reply also or dont, he will be going ahead in court if he wants.....the layer had given me 15days of time will anything happen...his lawyer told me that he will put a civil and criminal case over me if i dont reply...i am ready to fight with him in court he is put 406,420,34...what do you say, i had sent some details about him in the starting.....
