hi
chargesheet is filed against me, how will i receive copy of chargesheet, would it be sent in form of summon from court to my address, or i need to approach police to get it.
After chargesheet, how much time it take to trial to start, can accuse be arrested in meantime. Does AB which was taken before still hold vaildity or it expire after transfrer of case to court

Charge sheet will be supplied in the court to you.
after receipt of summons from the court you can apply for the bail. In case of bailable offence you need not to take AB. What is the nature of your offence?

This is how in most of the cases police sub,its charge sheet making ultimately the case of the accused stronger.
The notice should should come to you but you have to collect the CH from the court itself.
The order AB needs to be seen to advise whether you need to apply for bail again or not.

Try to get advanced bail. Copy of the charge sheet will be supplied to you on attending the court on receipt of summons.

court will issue summon !
then go to court and get regular bail.
however you can get certify copy of chargesheet through council before regular bail, cause to go to highcourt!
