Under what Circumstances,Dy.Registrar can Freeze Bank accounts,If members of the society feel that freezing bank accounts is Unjust and with not bonafide intentions,What is the course of action?

pls c the local laws applicable to such society/ cooperative society.

all such powers r enumerated there in...if u r unable to comprehend the provisions then take help of some local lawyer.

As you well aware that Local Lawyer Charges in advance to sort out problems and not certain within what time INDIAN COURT took place,that's God Know.Further to this Freezing Bank accounts tantamount to create obstruction in the process of justice.
