Good evening, Please clarify what are the jurisdiction places can be taken to file divorce petition under Indian Divorce Act under which section. HAPPY PONGAL.

Court to which petition should be made.-

1) to the district court within the local limits of whose the marriage was solemnized

2) or the husband and wife reside or

3) last resided together.
