whether a decree of possesstion can be implemented in case of it has been passed on the ground of wrong disctetion of the property

When there is decree, it has to be executed.

In the even of wrong description of property the decree would become infratuous. Hence the decree holder immediately file petition u/s 152 cpc before the decree court to correct the mistake. The court can correct such defect.
