Meaning of "Termination assailed"

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 December 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

My employer has terminated the services during court proceedings

In my termination, the Hon'ble Judge has remarked that Termination assailed and issued notice to the Respondents

Kindly provide the meaning of assailed in the present facts and circumstances. Whether stay has been granted or some other meaning is there?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 22 December 2010
'Assail' mean challenge and that does not mean that the court has ranted 'stay'of operation of the order impugned.

Dear Sir,
Whether the Lhon'ble Judge has criticized the order or its routine proceedings?
Y V Vishweshwar Rao (Expert) 23 December 2010
As there is no stay orders in the orders to issue Notice - it is routine order on Registration of the case to issue Notice to other side stating that you have challenged the Termination orders and the other side is required by notice to appear and file their counter !
