construction on NA LAND

Sir i have constructed additional building in open space on N.A land and town planning approved project by paying a fine to talathi.is it legal?if not then how can i regularise from collector.

There is Scheme of Building Regularization in AP with Certain Conditions , you can verify with your area Local Body -

You are advised to consult with your local civic authority for regularisation. If it is already regularised it is legal .
