Hi,
My lawyer issued a legal notice 2 Weeks before my wife registering 498A. The issued notice returned back saying door lock.
Currently 498A was registered, charge sheet not filed. AB is in progress.
Does filing RCR now benefits me to fight against this 498A?
Kindly suggest!...

Even though my wife registered 498A and filed false allegations against me and my family members, i would like to forgive her keeping in view of my daughter future. (10 months old.... who doesn't know what is happening around her)
But my wife & in-laws wants to keep their EGO and they are looking only for money....
They are looking to separate me from my family, but my mother is a breast cancer patient.... what to do ?

Yes, try to reconciliate at least for the sake of your child.

I tried my level best by involving all the elders. Myne is arranged marriage only.
After looking at the charecter and behaviour of the girls family none of my parents including relatives/friends are willing to reconcile coz they crossed there limits (one can forgive upto some extent).
I'm the only one fighting for the sake of my kid. Even my wife/in-laws need money not me.....
I'm a double degree post graduated person working in a good organization.
I earned social respect and wants to become a complete man. But unfortunately my destiny turns like this after my marriage.
To reconcile at least my wife doesn't have any love on me .... i know this...!
