After how much time a person can wait to remarry, after getting exparte divorce on desertion ground.

the appeal time is 90 days from date of decree passed by ADJ to High Court.
So far as the x parte is concerned she has to file the application for setting aside the x parte decree on the date of knowledge of x parte decree to till expiry of thirty days.
