can a matter regardind hindu succession act can be fought in civil court (class 2).land is agricultral and some part is ancestrol and some part is self earned. plz clear my concepts

The partition suit is to be filed in the Civil Court only. The courts would be either Munsif(Civil Judge-junior division) or Sub-Judge( Civil Judge-senior division).

Only Civil Court can entertain such suits. Even Civil Judge (Junior Division) can hear such suits.

all the matters relatingto hindu laws are filed in the court of district judge.. the district judge can delegate the cases to the court of civil judge junior division class 1 or class 2. ( one has to see the High court rules of the respective states)
