Respected experts,
Can I seek exparte injunction in case of heavy uncontrolled water leakage in to my flat from the flat above mine.
As there was short circuit due to water seeping into my switch board.

I am of the considered opinion that in the given matter, it shall be better for you to get injunction order in the presence of the opposite party of his counsel as it shall be easier to get it implemented with immediate effect otherwise matter shall be delayed and various technical issues may come first.

The ad interim injunction prayed for at the time of filing of the suit can be given ex parte and there is no hassles involved in it and on the contrary once it is given it will be very difficult to vacate the same by the opposite party.
Its a repeated query any way.
