A vehicle sale deed drafted on plane paper where the registered owner is a third party, is it enforciable or not.

It is "no" sale transaction in the eyes of law.
Get it registered with Motor Licencing Authority.

A person who is not an owner of vehicle in documents can not sell the vehicle.

But practically, it is happening..speacially in sale/purchase of two wheelers..the seller gets a sale deed signed by the purchaser in which therz mentnd dat i vont be responsible for any accident etc...
