Transfer of property

Hai Experts
My grandfather has self acquired property, which he wish to give to me (grandsons), my grand father having one son(my father) and one daughter my buaa
What is the legal process to transfer Dada property in my name and also in future my father nor my buaaa can make any objection on that property.??

And also that land paper to be in my name

Get registered gift deed of property in favour of you.
