Hi sir..
I bought a builder 2nd floor in Vasundhara Sector 5 Ghaziabad, in my registery dox there is clearly mentioned that nobody has rights on roof but for checking wanter tank and other utility you can access the roof. In registry map they showed roof upon my floor (2nd floor) but there is another 3rd floor which already bought by another party.
Now other party(3rd floor buyer) giving problem to enter on roof and day by day creating problem with water tank and wire etc.
Please reply what we can do?

What is the position of roof in the documents of third floor owner?
Discuss with local lawyer and file case if no amicable solution possible.

Its a builder flat in registered society.
I think there is only 3 floors (Ground, 1st and 2nd)permissable by GDA in Vasundhara Sector 5. According to GDA and our registry there should be roof upon my floor. But there is 3rd floor and its owner tell that I purchased this unauthorized floor and this top floor I have right of roof. But don't show any papers. Builder not doing doing anything.
Pls tell what legal steps I can take.
