GOOD DAY THE HON'BLE JURY, my client is booked U/s 138 of N.I.Act, the proceedings is going i have a feeling that my client will not get justice hence i filed a transfer U/S410 of crpc and got a notice sent to the complainant in the mean while i want to stop the proceedings in the magistrate court, pl.adive how to do. thanks

How did U come to a conclusion that UR client will not get justice,without fighting the case on merits.What are the grounds U mentioned in the petition?

RESPECTED SAINATH & RAJENDRA K SIR, The reason for me to come to a conclusion
& assumption is that I FILED AN APPLICATION U/S 311 & 91 OF CRPC, TO RE-CROSS EXAMINE THE COMPLAINANT & VERIFY THE ORIGINAL RECORDS SUBMITTED BY THE COMPLAINANT WHICH WAS REFUSED BY THE HON'BLE COURT AS THERE WERE FURTHER EVIDENCE IN FAVOR OF THE ACCUSED AND THE RECORDS SUBMITTED BY THE COMPLAINANT IS XEROX COPIES SO BASING ON THIS I ASSUME THAT JUSTICE WILL NO BE DONE TO ME CLIENT.
