How to issue legal notice to wrong working of anyone. What is the procedure. Is advocate is necessary to hire. Is evidence necessary to apply for legal notice. In India is there any agency which provides free legal help.

1. For drafting "FREE" Legal Notices, contact a local area "Non-Governmental Organisation" (NGO).

2. IF professionals lawyers indulge in "FREE" services, THEN they will have to sit outside a Temple /Masjid /Church /Railway station, for their own livelihood.

All my dear advocates, don't assume me wrong. I am asking this for wrong doing of patwari of my village. He entered wrong entries in khasra girdawari register. I have complained by my hand written letter, but revenue department is not hearing my complaint. So how can I issues legal notice. Guide me. They are very corrupt.
