Hello Sir,
I have registred Consumer case @ Gandhinagar- Gujarat.

But, I am in Pune- Maharashtra.

Can i give Power of attorney to My father to do the all complete formalities like submiting the rejoinder affidavit to consumer court?

Please suggest.

Yes you can appoint your father through special power of attorney.
