on death of grand parents property would devolve on legal heirs ie sons and daughters of the deceased . grand children have no right on grand father property

asking this question out of curiosity as generally people says that grandson have first right on the property of his grandparents (in hindi translate "dada-dadi ke sampati par pote ka hak pehle hota hai")
