some time before B taken Rs-25000/- from A & amount deposited in bank account of B, A purchse a stamp of Rs-100 & made a agreement of sale of plot ( A PURCHSER & B SELLER ) with false signature of B & taken the witness signaure who is person of A , A give the pressure on B for registration of plot on behalf of this document what we can do

since B has not signed any documents for sale of plot B can file complaint of forgery , cheating against A.

also write to a that sum of Rs 25,000 was taken as loan and would be repaid at the earliest
