30years before my father and his brother did partition among them.that time they left over the house to partition it. after sometime they got some misunderstsnding they seperated the house ashalf .they returned ina bond paper and they signed before twowitnesses.after my faathers death his brother was telling the whole house elongs tomeonly now what i have to do pleasegive any suggestions

How and in whose name the House was acquired and in what condition the said agreement was arrived ?
