Bail matter

is it mandatory to file Bail application to Sessions court or high court only for accused arrested under 302 IPC. or it can be filed before the CJM or Addl CJM please suggest

It is sessions case, you will have to file a bail application before the sessions court only

For session trial cases the bail application has to be moved to session court.
