Road roller broke wall

Hi,

Today one person driving road roller lost his control and broke our compound wall.... what legal action should i take first...... no FIR filled yet......

find out who is owner of road roller . detain the road roller till damages are paid by the owner of road roller . if he refuses to pay file police complaint against the owner and driver of road roller .
