Correction in sale deed.

I am staying at Kharagpur in West Bengal. I have purchased a plot at kharagpur municipalty area. There was a mistake in my sale deed . The road in front my plot is 40 feet wide but in my deed the road was mentioned as 10 feet wide. Now i like to correction the deed. so what will be the procedure for correction the deed. please mention .

You have execute another deed called ' rectification Deed' or ' Deed of Declaration'.

Execute and register a Rectification deed fully mentioning therein the previous sale deed.
