please explain the process of obtaining succession certificate in case of death of person having shares in physical form of an Indian Company,residing in nepal.

Were to apply?wat fees?Whose jurisdiction?

It is to apply in the court of District delegate within the jurisdiction where any of the properties of the deceased situate or where he breathed his last.
Advocates fees and the court fees also differs from state to state.
