Getting original 7/12 in our name

Hi,i had purchased 3acres of agriculture land in Velhe-Pune, the purchase agreement was done in June 2011, but yet to receive the 7/12 in my name.Kindly let me know the process.

is the agreement regd ? have you got index 2 done . contact lcoal lawyer . he will do the needful

Yes the agreement is regd. will contact a local lawyer for the same since i don't know abt the index 2.Thanks for your advice.

7/12 extract shall be changed in your name only after registration of sale-deed and not now. Sale agreement is not a change of ownership.
