Eligibilty required for doing practice in taxation

sir do help me in order to choose the right path for my career,i m graduate in commerce and interested in doing my own practice in taxation field.what is the eligibility required for this except c.a.?if yes than what should i do to acquire that eligibility?

with in your knowledge and experience you can approach the related income tax. service tax or commercial tax office and get certificate of tax practitioner. for that you need to approach the concerned commissioner office

recent times income tax department has conducted test and then they will train the students who have shortlisted by giving certificate go through the website or consult your local income tax office

the exam is TRPS and the site is also there go through that site

You can chose law even for that purpose and after obtaining the degree of LLB, chose the field as desired.
