Hello Experts

One of mine friend was a teacher in missionary school. He got selected and Joined Central Government Job as teacher in KV.But at time of joining he han,t resigned from Previous Employer where a certain portion of his salary was deducted for PF.He then resined after three month.

Now he is worried if some audit comes then he may loose his current
job as it is case of dual employment.

Pls throw some light.

If he continued on the rolls of private company even after joining KV then it is misconduct and action can be taken against him.

Without complete details, no appropriate opinion can be formed. On the basis of the brief but incomplete information provided by you, it is a clear case of dual employment. Your friend can not only lose job from both the sides, but also can be made subject to a criminal case by any one of the employer for cheating and fraud on his part.
