can a suit can be dismissed if there is concealment and surpression of material facts ??

How will op prove there was concealment without going for evidence??

It may be decided against the person concealed it, and is a appeal able order.

Intentional concealment and surpression of material facts, if proved on evidence, can lead to dismissal of the case.
