Can HC diect to trial court for same day hearing in 498a for bail?

All wise lawyers are doing my cross examination.
Ok, Planning for divorce and 406 on wife In Uttar Pradesh.
Hoping for 498a a major case in starting.

For safe-guard of my family members searching for cheap and less damaging way of bail.

Sometimes when you appear for bail and after surrendering in court the judge may say that he will listen the bail application tommorrow in that case you would be arrested.
If the same day hearing order is there the magistrate need to decide the bail application on same day and cant postpone but it dont mean that bail would be granted it is on merits of the case.
