Flat inheritance

The owner (wife) dies 3 years back with a will leaving behind the husband and two sons. Now the property to be transferred to the husband with consent of the sons. The housing society is not doing anything. Please help us by giving the procedural details to be followed.

The Will needs to be Probated first.
Thereafter to make the faTher absolute owner of the house the sons need to execute a deed of relinquishment or gift in his favour.

The Society is bound to make these changes. If it refuses to do so then lodge complaint with the DRCS.
