Director of the company

Hi!!!
Can a director of a PVT. Ltd. company ( Consultancy Business) give consultancy to other company/agency in its individual capacity???

Yes he can if the functioning of both jobs are not in conflict with each other.

Yes, he can. Subject to two conditions that:-

1. He should not be whole tine director and
2. Interest of the company, in which he is director, should not affect. After all role of Director in the company have fiduciary position.
