What documents or evidence can be produced in MM court? Or whats the way out from 6 years 498a drama.

2010: AB to husband from HC on 498a.
2011: Running in MM court

The case would be listed for framing for charges, then for prosecution evidence, where you would get chance to cross-examine the other party.

Only after that the case would be listed for defence evidence, if any.

Mr Raj Kumar, are there not any legal provision to proov false at lower court itslef or is it at mercy of the trials or the judge or opposition ?
