Hello Sir,
I have been selected in written examination conducted by AIIMS(Delhi) under (OBC non creamy layer),but now only i came to know my caste doesn't come OBC caterory though i have being as BC in tamilnadu government.i have direct round interview at 26 of this month.
Now my question is, whether i will be considered as UR(unreserverd) since i dont have OBC cerficate.Please let me know if you need further clarification

1. You have to inform about your caste;
2. Dont benifit of obc;
3. If you selected under obc quota, in future, you could be in big trouble.

when you do not hold the category you claim
and written test merit of yours pertain to OBC,why not it can be rejected,you ask yourself???

Reservation criteria depends from state to state. If selected against a reservd post, but not eligible for that your claim is liable to be rejected.

Ans. Its depends upon rules and regulation and appointing authority, since you hide fact.

If you had produced the OBC along with your application,be it from Delhi or Tamilnadu,your claim cannot be rejected for the reason that it is not found in Delhi.All India Institute of Medical Sciences is Central one and evrybody in the obc throghout the country eligible for considereration.All the communities found in the Bc list in Tamilnadu is included in the centyral OBC list.You can verify it in the website of the Social justice and empowerment ot clear doubts.Insist for consideration under the OBC .Else,you can fiule a case.
