Digital evidence: certification

If I want to present a video recording as an digital evidence.

then, after present the video, court itself will send it to forensic lab for certificate/report of untempereness of video or certificate/report of untempereness of video should be present by myself alongwith video.

If getting the certificate/report is my own responsibility then, is it must be from government lab or may be from any private agency/expert.

Which are the agencies (government and private) working for this porpuse in the country?

Request the court to appoint the commissioner to verify the evidence.

Duty is yours for which you can either chose a GOVT. or PRIVATE through an application to be moved in court.
