498a Chargesheet

Hi

Police has submitted report to court against me and my family just based on word of mouth of girl family and ignore whatever my relative have said to them.

They did not even question me on the case..

How long it take to receive summon from court after police submit it report.

Would summon contain details of chargesheet or it would be just notice for appearance.

Normally what is the frequency of hearing in 498a case. I am on AB, with condtion that I need to exceute it when police come to arrest me.

There is not specific time to do this.
Every court in every distinct corner of this country faces different times for trial of this type of cases

Mr. barman, there is a limitation period as provided by Section 468 Cr.P.C. In this case as the case is registerd U/S 498 A the limitation period is 3 years.(Section- 468 (c) Cr.P.C). you should know that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice mr.borbora. Then summons will not be include the charge sheet.. Its will be noted the hearing date only along with the complaint copy.. While your appearance court will issue the charge sheet copy to you.. Ok?
