PROVISION FOR COUNTER COMPLAINT AGAINST AN FIR

DEAR CONCERNED,

AN FIR & FALSE COMPLAINT ON SEC 151 HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST ME YESTERDAY.

THE FILING PARTY HAS BEEN HARASSING ME, THREATNING ME OF LIFE.COMMING TO MY OFFICE & RESIDENCE ABUSING MY OFFICE STAFF & FAMILY.

THE POLICE HAS BEEN CONSTANTLY ASKING ME GO TO THE POLICE STATION BUT I FEAR OF MY LIFE DUE TO THE OVER-AGGRESSIVE ATTITIDE OF THE PARTY.

PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT SHUD I DO ??

yes, you must go and make complaint what you said, and give the telegram also to DGB, Magistrate, Collector,Human rights also.

First the veracity of the FIR needs to be checked for which you are not advised to visit the PS as if you get arrested then no pre cautonary measures could be taken.
Any of your relative can visit the PS and ask for the information. On the basis of the information if it is found that FIR has indeed been lodged contained grave charges then you have to apply for anticipatory bail and then fight the case as per its merit.

First apply for the anticipatory bail.

You can also give a counter complaint on that person.
