Sir I would like to ask how much the statement as a witness of a Bad Character B.C is valauable in any matter of court .

Only upto the limit of impeaching his credibility. Mere bad character of the witness is not so damaging for the evidence.

In civil matters does not matter and more imp is the character is bad has to be proved first.

Sir if the matter is criminal and the person is star witness and also a Bad Character declared by Police itself and trial of n no of cases had been on him then what is the situation.
