Aman Kumar, there is no need of magistrate for identification and the procedure told by Ajay is perfect.

In the above, i am added that idetification parade in the state of U.P should before the Magistrate in this regard the answer of Mr. Aman is not beyond the law. The said proceedure governed by the section 9 of the Indian Evidence Act,1872.
