Muslim Divorce and restitution

In which court having jurisdiction to dealt with the matter of muslim divorce and restitution of conjugal rights?
Whether lowest civil court or sub court having jurisdiction to dealt with the matter?
Since the muslim marriage is a contract?

Yes, Civil Court has jurisdiction to entertain the petitions for divorce & restitution of conjugal rights of Muslims.
If there is a Family Court , then the jurisdiction vests in Family Court.

If the place is within the jurisdiction of Subordinate Court, then it lie with it.

In case of Family Court, then it lies with Family Court

But I think the specific question is that if DJ only has jurisdiction or civil judge having pecuniary jurisdiction has jurisdiction where no family courts are there.
