(Querist) 16 September 2010 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I would like to know is there any citation/precedent on the point of filing Revision petition before the District Court in case of acquital against dismissal for default. I learned from my colleagues that a precedent was reported recently.
Kindly post reply with citation.

First of all you should apply to the same court for restoration and if it rejects you can file revision petition before the high court or to the district court.

DIAAGREED WITH ALL AFORESAID VIEWS. SESSIONS COURT CAN NOT RESTORE THIS COMLAINT.TRIAL COURT CAN ALSO NOT RESTORE THE SAME.HOWEVER HIGH COURT U/S 482 Cr.P.C. CAN RESTORE YOUR COMPLAINT.
