What kind of document we should ask from

the builder for commercial business

premises And parking space before

finalizing the deal ?

Note : Builder is charging 5 lakhs for parking and not giving any documents in writing

Are you purchasing the property or taking ot on rent.
If you purchase then title on the property needs to searched and devolution of the property to the current owner also needs to be looked into.
If you take it on rent then the prima facie title of the landlord either as a owner or tenant is sufficient.
In both cases do take help of a legal professional.
